About the United Way of Union County

United Way of Union County Wants YOU! Become a Volunteer
When You Join the Team that Cares, Everybody Wins!
No matter how busy you are, there’s a volunteer opportunity with United Way of Union County that will fit into your schedule. Committees meet just once a month and you can do most of your help when it’s convenient to you.

You’ll network with volunteers from other Union County businesses and organizations, meeting influential pillars in our community who already give of themselves.
Best of all, you know that your time and talent will be spent helping to improve the lives of people within our community. Please consider joining one or more of the following committees.

Budget & Admissions Committee
Reviews the funding requests of United Way Member Agencies and proposes the allocation of funds based on performance and need.

Campaign Committee
Helps to raise money during the annual fund-raising campaign by providing expertise and advice for reaching potential donors, speaking about experiences with United Way and its Member Agencies at campaign presentations, and assisting businesses who run United Way campaigns within their organization.

Publicity Committee
Promotes awareness of the United Way of Union County through conducting and participating in special events and preparing various publications.

Youth Arts & Recreation Committee
