The Union County Veterans Remembrance Committee Our Mission: --- Create and maintain a permanent memorial to honor Union County, Ohio veterans of all branches of service, from the Revolutionary War to date --- Create and maintain a searchable veterans database for the use of veterans and the public --- Create and maintain a web site honoring Union County's veterans	The Union County Veterans Remembrance Committee has published over 1000 records of veterans from Union County, Ohio, many of them with photographs in uniform at the time they served our country proudly. To access the database: Go to the Union County website at www.co.union.oh.us; select Veterans Memorial; then select Veteran Database Search. Or, you can click on the button link below to go directly to the database search page: Once on the database search page, simply select the desired field to search and enter your search term. Please visit our website to learn more about the planned Memorial to be located on the Union County courthouse lawn (memorial front facade detail pictured on the left) and how you can contribute. If you are a U.S. veteran currently residing in Union County, Ohio or a former resident of Union County, Ohio and have not already submitted your service information to us, we need your information.
